Church Member Records

  • How we will use your data Our Privacy notice sets out the legal basis for us holding your data. Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other church members of the church in order to carry out a service to other church members (eg employees, clergy or lay volunteers) or for purposes connected with the church such as rotas, dependent childrens activities, and gift aid donations. We will only share your data outside of the church if legally required to do so. However, we need your specific approval as to how we communicate with you and use your data in other ways which will be helpful to our church. Your personal data is important to us, and we want to communicate with you in a way which has your consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection. As result of changes in UK law we now need your consent as to how we contact you. By signing this form, you are confirming that you are consenting to the Bramshott & Liphook Parochial Church Council (“the PCC”) processing your data for the following purposes (Please tick the boxes where you are giving consent).
  • You can find out how we use your data from our Privacy Notice, available here and given with this consent form. You can grant consent to all the purposes, one of the purposes, or none of the purposes. Where you do not grant consent, we will not be able to use your personal data (so for example we will not be able to inform you of forthcoming events or documents which may be of interest), except in certain limited situations, such as where required to do so by law or to protect members of the public from serious harm. If you do grant consent, please note you can withdraw your consent to all or any one of the above purposes at any time by contacting the address overleaf. Please note that all processing of your personal data will cease once you have withdrawn consent, but this will not affect any personal data that has already been processed prior to this point.
